Return Policy

Original Paintings

Original paintings are final sale. Because each original is a one-of-a-kind work, we cannot accept returns once the piece has shipped. If your painting arrives damaged in transit, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery — we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Art Prints

Art prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or defective. Please photograph the damage and contact us. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at your preference. Prints that have been framed, mounted, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return.

Ocean Mail Club Subscriptions

Subscription envelopes are non-refundable once shipped. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to stop future charges.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We respond within 1–2 business days.
