By placing an order on this website, you agree to these terms. Ninova Art Studio is operated by Maria Ninova, based on Nantucket Island, Massachusetts. All artwork sold through this store is created and owned by Maria Ninova.

2. Originals — Ownership & Rights

When you purchase an original painting, you are purchasing the physical artwork only. Copyright and all reproduction rights remain with the artist, Maria Ninova. You may not reproduce, print, or distribute images of purchased originals without written permission.

3. Prints — Personal Use

Fine art prints are sold for personal, residential display only. Prints may not be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without a licensing agreement with the artist.

4. Ocean Mail Club Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date to stop future charges. Envelopes already shipped are non-refundable. By subscribing, you confirm that the shipping address provided is accurate — Ninova Art Studio is not responsible for undelivered mail due to incorrect addresses.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. Ninova Art Studio reserves the right to change prices at any time. Prices for confirmed orders will not change after purchase.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please see our Return Policy for full details. Originals are final sale. Prints are returnable within 14 days if damaged. Ocean Mail Club envelopes are non-refundable once shipped.

7. Shipping

8. Limitation of Liability

Ninova Art Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use purchased products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

All artwork, photography, and written content on this site is the intellectual property of Maria Ninova and Ninova Art Studio. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
